Finally on May 22nd, Leo collided with a VIP traffic offender from the KGB while moving at full speed near the entrance to the Moscow Kremlin.

On behalf of the Russian people, Leo took on the fight and prevailed, celebrating his victory with a little jig on the roof of the armored car.

Since then, Russians have taken to wearing blue buckets on their heads, giving rise to the Blue Buckets protest movement.
